- Networking and creating a competence map with a focus on chiplet-related areas (e.g., system-technology co-optimization (STCO), testing and reliability, DfX, interfaces, integration technologies, …),
- Organizing workshops (e.g., chiplets for small and medium-sized enterprises—starting point, requirements, potential, and obstacles),
- Drafting a position paper for industry, science, and politics with recommendations for action, as well as identifying additional/future qualification needs (in university education and professional development).
